- 125 grams of unsalted butter
- 50 grams of cacao
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon fine salt
Utensils
- Thermomix (optional)
- Large Bowl
- Baking paper

Preparation
In a large bowl sift the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa and salt.
In the thermomix or by hand beat the butter with the coconut sugar until a creamy, white mixture is obtained.
Then add the egg and vanilla, continue beating to get a uniform mixture.
With our dough we form a ball and then stretch it with the help of a rolling pin on a baking paper. It has to be between 5 and 6 millimetres thick. Then refrigerate for a minimum of two hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the cookie dough giving it the shape we want and we place them on the baking tray, which must be cold.
Bake the cookies for approximately eight to 10 minutes. The time depends on the size, the small ones require less time than the big ones. When ready, let cool on a rack and serve.
