Cacao Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Creation Cacao
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 3-5 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
Method
Add cacao, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and vanilla to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add milk a little at a time and whisk to a paste. Pour in remaining milk and whisk until smooth, followed by chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3-5 hours (until it’s a pudding-like consistency).
Serve chilled with any topping you desire, like fruit, granola, or yogurt.
