Australia Shipping
All retail orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days Delivery is expected to take 1-2 days via Express Post Delivery (if selected at checkout) or 2-8 business days via standard delivery depending on your location. Shipping costs are auto-calculated at checkout, based on order size and region. Want you cacao sooner? We recommend choosing express delivery.
International Shipping
We're not shipping internationally just yet - but watch this space!
There may be instances where your package is delayed due to the active pandemic, lockdowns and other unforeseen reasons. Creation Cacao is not responsible for any delays under these circumstances.
We use real ingredients without any of the nasties! This means our cacao can be heat sensitive. Please consider this as we cannot take responsibility for melted products if you choose to make your purchase during warmer weather. We want you to receive your cacao in the same quality we've made them so please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the package, as we do not take responsibility for packages left unattended. NOTE: Warmer climates can cause our product to melt in transit and it is still safe to eat.
Refund Policy
We are producing & packaging daily, which means only the cacao that meets our strict quality standards will make it out the door. Creation Cacao are unable to exchange/refund change of mind orders. We are not able to accept returns for any reason due to the perishable nature of our products.
However if your package arrives damaged we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
