How do subscriptions work?
Your selected amount of Cacao is delivered automatically to your door at a time frame that suits you.
Timeframes: Delivery timeframes are every month or every 2nd month. Simply select the ‘subscribe’ option at checkout! It’s as easy as that.
Is there a minimum timeframe or can I leave at any time?
There is no minimum timeframe to qualify for the 10% auto-subscribe discount. You can commence and end your subscription at any time. We just ask that if you're choosing to end your subscription, that you give us 7 days notice before your next scheduled shipping date.
How do I pause/ cancel my subscription?
To cancel or pause your subscription, please reach out to us via email at: Info@creationcacao.com. For any changes to your subscription, please allow for 7 days notice so our team have enough time to make those adjustments for you
How can I make changes to my order?
You’re welcome to make changes to your subscription such as pausing, delivery frequency, delivery address, quantity, order size etc. Please send enquiries to info@creationcacao.com for any amendments.
